Everything on this website is general information about eye conditions and treatments. It is not medical advice about you, it is not a diagnosis, and it cannot take the place of an examination.

The questionnaire is not an assessment

The suitability questionnaire does not tell you whether you can have surgery. It helps us understand whether a consultation is likely to be worthwhile. Only a face-to-face examination can establish what is right for your eyes.

Emergencies

This website cannot help with an eye emergency and enquiries are not monitored out of hours. If you have sudden loss of vision, a sudden increase in floaters or flashing lights, a curtain across your vision, or significant pain or injury, go to eye casualty or A&E now, or call 999.

Fees

Any fees shown are a guide. Your costs are confirmed in writing before treatment is booked and that written quotation is what applies.
